On volunteer power alone (half-time staff to be hired soon):

  • Organized 3 major campaigns to drive more business to our Indies
  • Publicity: from June to Dec 08 alone, over 20 published pieces focused on patronizing Indies
  • Negotiated reduced group ad rates for Concord Indies members
  • Set up website for publicity & networking
  • Took part in national independent business & local first movement
